How's it going?  Are you still trying to get used to the nutrition aspect of this?  Paleo people- how's it going getting used to not being able to eat a lot of what you used to?  Zone people- how's the weighing and measuring coming along?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Who's got some good recipes for Zone and Paleo meals?  I've been reviewing your food logs and I've seen some things that look quite tasty.  Send me your recipes, and I'll post them to this blog.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hopefully everyone is starting to get over the hump... the first week is certainly the worst, getting used to everything.  Just three more weeks to go.
